Our Therapy Approach

Family-Centred, Compassionate Approach to Supporting Young People

  • CBT

CBT helps children and teens understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected, and teaches practical skills to manage worry, low mood, trauma, and unhelpful thinking patterns.

  • Family Based Therapy

Family therapy strengthens communication and understanding within the family system so young people feel supported and understood at home.

  • Neurodivergent Support

Neurodivergent-affirming support helps young people understand their brains and strengths, build confidence and coping strategies, and navigate school, friendships, and self-identity.

  • Maudsley Based Therapy for Eating Disorders

Maudsley Family Therapy empowers parents to take an active, loving, and structured role in supporting their child’s recovery from an eating disorder.
